Healthy lifestyle part 3: food.

My fellow kawaii fashion panda's🐼

I am going to add more colour to my food. Colour's means healthy (not all colour's)
I am going to drink more water.
I am going to eat smaller portion's more often.

This is the size of MY meal plan. (From my dietitian) ask one if you want to know what you should eat and how much.
I am going to eat with a 3 hour window between each meal. But not 1 hour before bed.
It will be something like this:

Breakfast: 2dl yogurt or milk with serial or berries.

Snack: banana pancakes with berries or just a banana^-^=

Lunch: something easy and light like a grilled sandwich with salad and turkey. Maybe a salad with salmon or turkey maybe just an egg or two. (Bento style)

Snack: 1 hand full of nuts and some kind of fruit or vegetables.

Dinner: some thing cooked. From the list of healthy food's.

Snack: an egg or some vegetables.

Tea^-^= green and no sugar or honey.

This is MY meal plan I wonder how yours will be or is^-^=

Remember this is just me talking about my life^-^= and sharing it with you💗
So don't do what I do make your own^-^=
