Healthy lifestyle part 4: workout.

My fellow kawaii fashion pandas🐼
My workout plan:

Train everyday. (Not the same)
Legs one day, core the next and so on.
It can be a walk for two hours or a jog for about 30 minutes and so on.
I am thinking about training for about 10 to 30 minutes every morning then do extra training in the evening. Just for the fun of it^-^= not everyday because the body needs to rest^-^=
But I will train every morning, to get energy true out the day. I also want to have a bit more energy when I get home so that I don't fall asleep straight away. (I want to work some on my business before bed).

I am going to do these 30 days challenges one bye one and these will be in the afternoon^-^=
