Oki! I am going to tell you what I am planing to do in 10 months.

I am going to buy a house^-^=
Yay me!
It is going to be my first place and I chose to get a house......

But I am also thinking in the long run. I only want to move once.
So in this way I can do everything I want the way I want it and nobody can complain.

I would love to get a house with:
A master bedroom or an on suite.
Two rooms for kids.
One bathroom on each floor.
A big tub for long baths with bubbles.
An office small or big.
A big kitchen.
A dining room.
A family room I would love a fire place.
In the basement I would love a party room, laundry room and storage.
A garage would be nice.
I want a big yard so that I can build a duck house, a garden house for vegetables and a dog yard.
I would like a terras with glas windows from floor to ceiling. To have dinner party's in^-^=
I also want the space to make a Japanese inspired yard with a gasivo and a koi fish pond with water falls.

Talk about a long plan. It will take me all summer to fix the yard then I will spend the autumn fixing the inside. My friends will help me^-^= so that I can enjoy my new house in the winter. Talk about cosy!

I want to decorate my house with a cosy feeling. A lot of mirrors and photos of my family will hang everywhere.
A modern Japanese twist will also be a big part in the interior.
And my colours will be:
Pink, turquoise, black, white, silver/grey and green.

I almost forgot, I want a lot of fruits and berries in my yard aswell.

Oki I want a room for my animals and my guests as well but we will see what will happen^-^=

I really hope that I can find everything that I want^-^=
I also hope I can get everything at once so that I have everything when I want it.
